It was clean, we stayed here for a week and was a bit worried after reading the reviews, the food isn’t amazing but you will always find something to eat, they had lots of meat dishes, freshly prepared pizza, I had omelet for breakfast every day cooked in front of me. My son had freshly cooked waffles, pancakes. Staff in the bar were lovely especially upstairs. , 2 big bars, 3 swimming pools. The people were lovely and did not hassle you to join in activities or do excursions. We had a really nice time and would definitely go back. We were the only English there.

We had an issue with the initial room which the reception staff were happy to make the necessary arrangements to offer an alternative room which was even better. it was really appreciated! And made our stay even more special. All the staff in all areas of the establishment were very friendly and helpful. language was a small issue but we managed to communicate regardless.

The location of the hotel was great and the pools were so big and made us very happy that there were more. The sea was immaculate and the beach was very clean. The food was very varied and delicious. Our room was big and comfortable. Every day housekeeping cleaned your room and the products we used were replaced. This made us very happy.
